Before Submitting a ticket, please go through our FAQ support forum on the right side of your screen (You can search for answers by using the search box) If you don't find the answer you are looking for in our frequently asked questions, then feel free to submit a ticket.

To submit a ticket (Recommended for faster response), all you need to do is click the "Submit a request" button at the top of the page and enter your information. Note: Please be as specific as possible in your description so we can better serve you. Please include Your Full Name and Username if you have one.

Upon response by one of our support team members, an email will be sent to you notifying you that a response has been given. You can simply reply to the ticket via email, or log back in to view the response given.
